"An insurance agent that treats you as a person not just an account number. I have a cracked windshield and I contacted Kelly's office talked to Kristi Gettle who handled the process professionally, she put me in contact with the proper division to get the replacement done and within 15 minutes I have an appointment to get my windshield replaced. In my book that is service that I would recommend to everyone who will listen again great job"
